Dave has been with Butler Armsden Architects since 2005. Prior to working at BAA he was with Sagan Piechota Architecture focusing on high-end residential estates in Big Sur and the Peninsula. Dave is currently managing a 12,000 s.f. remodel and addition to a 1915 Beaux Arts mansion in Pacific Heights, a renovation and vertical addition to a mid-century home in Cow Hollow owned by an internationally acclaimed industrial designer as well as overseeing a conversion project from a restaurant to two large condominium units on Nob Hill opposite the Fairmont Hotel, as well as many projects in Pacific Heights. An avid naturalist with a fine arts background, Dave's projects, whether in the city or the country, always give consideration to the site and surrounding area, allowing a bit of the outside in.
