Belvedere Residence

This project was designed for a couple as their forever home. Perched on the edge of Richardson Bay in Belvedere, the existing 1969 ranch house was re-imagined and reconstructed to maximize views of the bay and Marin hills from the new large great room, kitchen and primary bathroom.

The great room now opens up to a deck that runs with the length of the house on the bay side and can be accessed directly from kitchen, great room, primary bedroom and bathroom.

The new large kitchen with expansive island was designed for our client who loves to cook and entertain family and friends at home.

The exterior of the home is rendered in a simple blue while the interior palette was curated by Kathleen Navarra and the client with a richness of color and detail and a focus on blues and earth tones.
