Nestled in Presidio Heights, this remodel blends Beaux-Arts exteriors with a timeless interior. The exterior underwent meticulous restoration, preserving its architectural integrity. The sinuous curves of the stair are lit by custom cast glass lens scones by Aaron Silverstein and a grand skylight above. The kitchen has a palette of soft colors and warm hues, the interplay of metal, limestone, and marble creating a visual tapestry.
The graceful proportions of the living room’s original windows were retained and restored, and allow for a beautifully lit space in which to entertain. The color palette of this home seamlessly moves in subtle shifts from room to room to create a sense of cohesiveness and calm.
The primary suite lime plaster envelops the space, casting a gentle,
soothing glow. Radial Branch Chandelier by David Wiseman is made of
bronze ranches and porcelain petals. The primary bathroom features a
custom-carved stone tub, inviting quiet moments of relaxation.
