This residence sits on three lots on a plateau on the north side of Kentfield, and enjoys a spectacular view of Mount Tamalpais. The addition of a third lot to the property provided space for a larger pool and pool house, as well as a tennis court and additional gracious landscaping. The design challenge was to unite existing and new buildings in such a way that the composition of structures looks as if it has always been there, despite the fact that they have in fact arrived over the years through four separate projects. The interior of the pool house is enhanced by several new art acquisitions, and a world class wine collection housed in a modern stone, copper and lucite cellar.
