Licensed Architect in CA | 2017

LEED Green Associate | 2013

Chelsea grew up in Syracuse, New York as a maker of many things. When not outdoors, she enjoyed sewing, crafting jewelry, building, weaving, decorating cakes, painting, and drawing. With such an early interest in various design forms, it’s no wonder she chose to pursue architecture as her career.

Chelsea received her bachelor’s degree in architecture at Northeastern University in Boston. While in school, Chelsea studied abroad in Rome, and interned at two different firms, dabbling in everything from large-scale architecture and interior design to graphic design and urban planning. In 2013, she moved to the Bay Area and joined Butler Armsden.

Chelsea says the best part of being an architect is not only getting to know the ins and outs of a building, but also the people that reside within them. She loves being able to influence the way people experience the world and how they live in their homes.
