Jordan Marshall

Our intern Jordan joins us through Northeastern's Co-op Program, in which students alternate between a semester of study and six months of paid work experience. She is pursuing her degree in Civil Engineering and Architectural Studies. For her, architecture is the perfect combination of engineering and art, and a timeless profession that is always evolving. Jordan learned to fully appreciate architecture during her stay abroad in Hungary, which influenced her decision to pursue a career in the field.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys cooking, practicing yoga, taking care of her houseplants and exploring San Francisco. When asked about her favorite architectural buildings, Jordan mentions Sou Fujimoto’s House N, a building that consists of three nested shells which creates various inhabitable spaces that are not exclusively indoor nor outdoor, challenging our understanding of what the boundaries of a home should be.
