Sarah joined the Butler Armsden team in 2015, first as an intern while she attended California College of the Arts for her B.Arch. Then, upon graduating in 2017, she settled in with us full time.
Sarah’s passion for design is rooted in interiors. She completed an Associate’s degree in Interior Design at FIDM, but while in school, realized that she also wanted to pursue a degree in architecture. She enjoys that she can blend both disciplines, combining aesthetics with functionality, and that Butler Armsden allows her the opportunity to do so.
Sarah believes the best part of being an architect is seeing a design come to fruition, even though it can often be a long, drawn out process. She appreciates that there is no limit to design. “It is constantly changing and evolving, and makes working in the industry exciting every day.”
