Brittany Ng

Born in San Francisco and raised outside Atlanta, Brittany grew up with a mix of California innovation and Southern hospitality—two influences that continue to shape her approach to work today. She brings a strong focus on employee experience alongside a natural curiosity for finding better, smarter ways of working.

Brittany graduated from the University of Georgia with dual degrees in Family Financial Planning and Marketing. Before joining Butler Armsden, she spent more than a decade working in Human Resources at technology startups, where she developed a talent for navigating rapid change, building thoughtful and scalable people programs, and using technology to simplify processes and improve the day-to-day experience of employees.

Her appreciation for design and hospitality began early in her career, when she became a rental broker for luxury villas throughout the Caribbean and Mexico. The experience sparked an enduring interest in residential design.

Outside of the office, Brittany is an avid traveler who has visited more than 60 countries across five continents. Closer to home, she is likely to spend her weekends on the golf course or heading to the mountains to ski.
