B.S. Architecture | Northeastern University
Having grown up in Sparta, New Jersey, Julia’s fascination with residential architecture was sparked early, surrounded by homes that were all distinctly different. She went on to earn her B.S. in Architecture from Northeastern University and received an Excellence in Architectural Design Award for an adaptive reuse studio project that used architecture to challenge isolating models of mental health treatment.
Julia’s work is design-driven and human-centered, rooted in the belief that spaces quietly shape how people feel, move, and live day to day. Her experience spans hands-on documentation and design culture across small and acclaimed studios, from surveying existing buildings at ANDesign to co-ops at Hacin in Boston and Leroy Street Studio in New York City.
Outside the office, she’s always making something, whether it’s crocheting, crafting, or experimenting in the kitchen.
